By visiting the Autonovus.com.au website or any other websites including sites operated by CarCapsule.com or its affiliates (collectively, the “site”), you agree to accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice (www.autonovus.com.au Privacy Policy 18/01/2017). If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice, please do not use or visit the Site. Each time you enter the Autonovus.com.au site, you should check the date of this Privacy Notice (which appears on our previous page) and review any changes that have been made since your last visit to the site.

At Autonovus, we are about establishing relationships with our customers, treating all parties with mutual respect and integrity. We are aware of the trust and confidence you demonstrate when you visit the autonovus.com.au site and provide us with personal information. This Privacy Notice is posted to demonstrate our leadership in online security and customer service practices. We treat your information with the upmost honesty and sensitivity & will not disclose this information to any person, organisation, industry group and social media groups.

Autonovus might occasionally use the information provided from our visitors and customers to improve and enhance your visit and shopping experience at the site. We gather the following types of information:

Information You Give to Us: We may use Personal Information that is provided by Site users. “Personal Information” including your name, address, date of birth, IP address, telephone number, credit or debit card information and e-mail addresses.

Personal Information is also collected when you establish an account with us, place an order on the Site, telephone & email.

Orders: If you place an order through the site, you will be required to provide contact, billing address and payment information.

Credit Card Companies: If you place an order through the Site, the Personal Information you provide is transmitted to your credit card company to verify and authorize your purchase.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers,we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Autonovus.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Autonovus.com.au shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Credit / Debit Card Authorizations
An authorization on a credit or debit card is a hold against your banks credit card spending limit. When an order is placed, a charge for the total amount of the order will be sent and charged to your credit card. Once the funds have been cleared, only then the order of goods will be despatched and shipped to the purchaser.

Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS PROCEDURE
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return.

WHEN do items need to be returned by? Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

WHAT can be returned? All Goods can be returned if unopened unused and in original undamaged packaging within 7 days of purchase.

INSPECTION CRITERIA

Product must be unopened and in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
Product must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, tears, abuse, or damage by other means

RETURN AUTHORIZTION FORM
HOW do customers return items? Please contact us on 0490 455 287 to obtain a returns form and number. A goods return form will be provided. The then completed form must be sent back with the returned item. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without a goods return form.


RETURN SHIPPING
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a reliable logistics carrier with tracking number that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Autonovus.com.au shall not be responsible for any items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Autonovus may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products for Australia only.

Warehouse returns option? Returns can be made in person by appointment only. Please call 0490 455 287 to arrange.

CREDIT and REFUNDS?
Refunds will be made by credit card refund. If a refund is required for issues that are not the fault of Autonovus then the full amount will be refunded less 20% handling fee. Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card or with direct debit, will be issued to the original payment method.

SHIPPING for returns? If the product has been supplied incorrectly then Autonovus will email a postage label for free return shipping. If the product was ordered incorrectly then return shipping costs are not covered and 20% handling charge will apply.


IMPORTANT NOTE
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and may be returned to you or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

The CarCapsule™ product is guaranteed for one year against all defects in workmanship and materials. Repair or replacement will be made upon receipt of product by Autonovus.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.

INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF IMPLIED MERCHANTABILITY.

NEITHER THE AUTONOVUS COMPANY OR CARCAPSULE™ USA ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES.

AND/OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Autonovus does not store your credit card details.

If you choose to pay for the service by credit card, your credit card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by Autonovus staff. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored by SecurePay to enable Autonovus to automatically bill your credit card when processing any purchase and transaction.

You should review SecurePay’s privacy policy to ensure you are happy with it.

You can opt-out of any email communications

Autonovus at times may send any new product information and products updates via email. Our emails will contain clear and obvious instructions describing how you can choose to be removed from any mailing list not essential to the Service. Autonovus can unsubscribe any communication at the users request at any time.
